The mission at Pretty Tough is to promote girls sports through our website, books and specialty products. Now, we've added a one-of-a-kind online community devoted to female athletes like you.

Want to participate? Here are some things you can do to get started:

• Complete the profile questions and add your photo. You can also customize your profile.
• Drag and drop modules to rearrange your page.
• To change your theme, go to your My Page and click the "My Page" link underneath your profile photo. Find the Appearance section and click the link to begin making changes. Click “Save” to activate your changes or “Apply Theme” to restore the default settings.
• Post a blog and/or video and tell us something about yourself, your sport, training regimen or a recent game or performance.
• Upload a highlight reel or video and add some photos.
• Invite your friends to join. You can do this by clicking on the “Invite” tab at the top of the page and either upload your address book, enter the email addresses manually, or share the invite link with friends.
• Initiate and respond to profile comments and messages from your friends and other community members.
